Knowledge Foundry maintains a real life digital media studio equipped for digitizing a full range of analog and digital media into formats usable within the SecondLife environment. The studio is actually an extension of the collection. In addition to an array of new hardware and software, there is a large collection of older resources for use in converting or re-purposing media in older formats. There is a continuous progression of Mac and PC systems from the last 25 years in good working order complete with original software and documentation. The analog studio is provided as a continuation of Studio E, a previous related organization. |
